Golf Cart Registration

It is GTC HOA policy that all golf carts are registered with the guardhouse prior to driving on the streets. Registered golf carts will have a sticker on the front, and they need to be renewed once a year. Residents found operating a golf cart without a sticker will receive a fine. Golf carts should be driven on the street and drivers should be at least 16 years of age. If you see a golf cart being operated by someone underage, please report it to the guardhouse. It is for the safety of the passengers and other residents in the community. ** I have new stickers in the guardhouse. Please complete the registration form and submit it to the guardhouse with a $20 sticker fee.GTC Golf Cart Registration

Gate Access Options
All owners can have transponders installed on their vehicles to allow quick access to the community. The first two (2) are installed at no cost, but it is $15 per vehicle after. All vehicles must be registered with the association. The front entry gate officers can install these, but payment must be made by check or money order written out to Governors Towne Club HOA.

During the evening hours the guard performs patrol around the community. If the guard is not in the building, you can gain access to the neighborhood by using one of the following options:

  1. Use the callbox and dial “001” to reach the guard cellphone to gain access.
  2. Lookup your name in the callbox and call yourself. Press “9” to unlock the gate.
  3. Call the guard cell phone and request assistance.
  4. Use the Dwelling Live App to email yourself a visitor pass.

MAILBOX REPAIR AND NUMBERS
Look at your mailbox and make sure it has a fresh coat of paint on all surfaces to protect it from the winter weather. Maintaining a mailbox routinely will save you money. If you cannot easily see the numbers on your mailbox, it is time for new numbers. Do not use reflective numbers or unapproved numbers. I have replacement numbers in my office. Contact management with the numbers you need, and they will be ready for you to pick up at the guardhouse.
